- Managed an international team of 10 engineers (7 in France, 3 in India), overseeing career growth, reviews, and delivery.
- Defined product roadmaps, capacity planning, and backlog prioritization using agile methodologies.
- Maintained a hands-on lead role in backend engineering (Java, Spring, distributed systems) to ensure system resilience.
